Workshop fees: $3,600.00 double occupancy
Some rooms carry a supplement - fees vary - Single room suplement $350.00
The price for the workshop has remained the same since 2010. In Addition to that, every returning student and every participant who registers before February 9 will
benefit from a saving of $100.00.
Fees include
- Tuition for the workshop by 2 instructors, in any media of your choice: Oils, Watercolor, pastels -
dry media.
- we have a guessed artist, a watercolor teacher, who will help anyone interested
- 14 nights accommodation with (fabulous) breakfast.
- 3 gourmet dinners, including wine
- 1 free day, or special activity according to circumstances and market visits on 2 Wednesdays
- small group of students
- some material will be loaned to the oil painters such as support boards, stapple guns, and supplemental material on an individual basis
Fees do not include
- Airfare from home to Paris. Round trip train ticket from Paris to Avignon.
- Shared rental of a car for the duration of the workshop.
- Consumable material for your workshop such as paint thinner, paper rolls, garbage bags etc...
- Tour lunches, snacks, picnics, small meals, extra drink, personal needs etc...
Payment terms
$1,000.00 deposit per person upon registration. Final balance due by April 1st, 2012

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel before March 1st, 100 % refund, minus $200.00 administration cost.
- If you cancel before April 1st : 50% refund minus $200.00 administration cost.
- If you cancel after April 1st, there is no refund. These conditions apply if we cannot fill your space. If
you, or the workshop agency has a participant to fill in your space, the other conditions will apply.
Insurance coverage
It is your responsibility to provide for any insurance coverage, such as policies to cover baggage loss, medical costs, tour cancellation, travel cancellation etc...

Smyth, the California Academy of Painters and their agents cannot be responsible for delays, missed connections, errors, omissions, irregularities, damage or injury to person or property or negligence of any cause nor inconvenience of weather. By purchasing this tour, the participants agrees to hold the provider harmless and accepts these conditions.
